1. How to request deletion
To delete your data, you can either remove the app's access from the connected platform (for example, removing Synapse from your Threads account settings), or email us at support@withsynapse.app from the address on your account.
2. What we delete
We delete the connected-account records tied to your request — the stored access tokens, account identifiers, and usernames Synapse keeps to publish on your behalf. Removing a connection stops Synapse from accessing that account. Deleting your account removes your posts, media, and connection records.
Note that Synapse never controls content already published to a third-party platform; remove that from the platform directly.
